Returns & Refunds
Because each Case of Shades product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect device selection, or change of mind.
We will gladly replace or refund an order if there is a verified issue caused by manufacturing or shipping.
Eligible for replacement or refund:
- Product arrives damaged
- Printing/manufacturing defect
- Wrong item received
- Item lost in transit
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Ordering the wrong device model
- Entering an incorrect shipping address
- Minor color differences (screen vs. print)
- Normal wear and tear
- Dissatisfaction with design choice
Color & Print Variations
Due to the nature of the Dye-Sublimation and UV Print processes, there will naturally be variances in placement and color of your product. Color is QC checked under D50 lighting and may change under different lighting conditions.
Because each case is custom printed and available in different finishes, slight variations in color and appearance may occur due to:
• matte vs. gloss finish
• lighting conditions
• screen brightness & device display settings
• phone model shape & material
• print placement on curved surfaces
Due to differences in finishes and lighting, darker matte designs may appear nearly black under low lighting conditions. This is expected and not a manufacturing defect.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a visible defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If a manufacturing defect develops during normal use, you are covered by our 30-day defect warranty from the date of delivery.
