Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local carrier
- Contact us within 7 days
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace it.
We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses.
